  • Upon receipt of your booking request, a WILUNA staff member will check your booking time and date and be in touch to confirm or discuss amendments if necessary.

  • Payment in full is required to secure any 1 hour bookings.

  • A 30% deposit is required to secure any half day or full day bookings.

  • Payment in full is required to secure any half day or full day bookings when your booking is within 4 weeks to your booking date.

  • A $100 security deposit is required with every half day or full day bookings. This will be refunded in full following your within 5 business days, less cost of any damage or cleaning that may be required if the Space is left in poor condition. A WILUNA staff member will be in touch after your booking to discuss, in the unlikely event that your security deposit will not be returned in full.

  • Our Concept Space is available for hire 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, 7 days a week.
    If you require access outside of these times we are flexible, please make note of this at the time of booking. 
    Note: all booking sessions must include your set-up and pack-down times.

  • Please note WILUNA is closed down between 24 December - 1st week of February.



  • The space is approximately 80 square metres of clean white walls, industrial worn concrete floors and floor-to-ceiling windows along the street frontage, with white linen curtains.

  • Ample street parking is available, with front-door vehicle loading access.

  • 2 bathrooms, fully equipped with soaps, hand towels and ethically sourced toilet paper.

  • Kitchen, sink and refrigerator. 
    Please note that the kitchen area is a shared space during weekday hire. 

  • Dimmable mood roof lights.

  • WILUNA may use the space to collect deliveries however will be non-invasive where possible.

  • NOTE: WILUNA Studio is a well insulated, modern industrial space however does not have heating or cooling so please be aware of this upon booking. Heating and cooling can be hired from Barlens or similar.

  • WILUNA Flower Studio recognises that on the rare occasion a booking will need to be postponed.

  • Postponements can be made up to 3 weeks from the booking date, free of charge.

  • Postponements between 1 - 3 weeks before the booking date will be charged a $50 change administration fee.

  • If you require a change of date for change of mind and WILUNA is booked out on your new preferred date, you will receive a 90% refund, and a $50 admin fee will be charged.

  • PLEASE NOTE: while WILUNA has empathy for every circumstance, we cannot guarantee availability on your chosen new date. In the event of date unavailability, please refer to our cancellation policy (below).




A note on cancellations: when a booking is secured for the Concept Space, WILUNA and you (the hirer) are entering a contract stating that WILUNA will turn away any other hirers and income who would like to hire the Concept Space at the same date and time.

  • Cancellations made more than 2 weeks prior to your hire date will be provided with a full refund, and a $50 admin fee will be charged.

  • Cancellations made between 7 - 14 days prior to your hire date will be provided with a 70% refund, and a $50 admin fee will be charged.

  • Cancellations made within 7 - 3 days prior to your hire date will be provided with a 50% refund, and a $50 admin fee will be charged.

  • Cancellations made 3 or fewer days prior to your hire date are committed to the total spend and no refunds can be issued.

  • If WILUNA is to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances a full refund will be issued to the client.




Our sympathy goes out to all clients affected by COVID-19.


  • Bookings affected by pandemics, natural disasters or death may request date deferrals or place their bookings on hold.

  • Under the above circumstances, date deferrals and holds may only be done once. Postponements or holds can only be made more than 3 weeks prior to the hire date.

  • Postponements or holds 3 weeks or less from the hire date are subject to our standard postponement and cancellation terms (see above).

  • New date bookings must be made, booked, and paid for within 12 months from original booked date.




  • All hirers utilising the Concept Space on weekends, Public Holidays or after business hours are required to hold their own Public Liability Insurance, with coverage up to $2 million.

  • All hirers utilising the Concept Space during a weekday when WILUNA Studio is staffed upstairs you will come under WILUNA PLI, and not require to provide your own.

  • You will be asked to provide a copy of your current PLI policy prior to the commencement of any weekend, after hours or Public Holiday bookings.


  • All hirers accept that it is the hirer's responsibility to comply with current ACT Government COVID-19 rules and regulations regarding gatherings. 

  • WILUNA Concept Space is approximately 80 square metres.

  • It is your responsibility to research and cohere to the current ACT Government rules and regulations on gatherings and social distancing.

  • WILUNA reserves floral exclusivity for all concept space/venue hire. This means no external floral/botanical material (including fake flowers) are to be brought into/used during your hire.

  • Concept Space hirers will receive a 10% discount on any fresh or dried floral bookings. We would love to hear from you. Please see here for more information on booking Custom collections or Event Styling florals.​




  • All clients must complete a WILUNA Venue Hire Agreement form and agree to the Wiluna Venue Hire Terms, Conditions and Rules in order to complete the booking process. These will be sent via email once your booking has been confirmed.
