THE WORKSHOPS

FLOWER CROWN WORKSHOPS

TO MAKE A BOOKING SEE HERE

 

  • The cost for a Flower Crown Workshop is $85 per person. 

  • Price includes; the florists time, tools, florals and materials. The space will be set up beautifully and cleaned afterwards. 

  • For groups of 10 and under the rate is $100 per person.

  • The minimum booking for the workshop to go ahead is 6 people @ $100 per person.

  • On payment of deposit you commit to the Total Spend quoted and invoiced, which cannot be reduced in price, once booked.

  • A non refundable deposit of 25% is taken to secure your booking, this means we reserve the date for you and ensure we don't take on additional jobs.

  • Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to the workshop date.

  • On acceptance of the quote via email an invoice will be issued with bank details provided.

  • Additional people are welcome to be added closer to the date.

  • Our studio is available for Venue Hire (subject to availability)

BOUQUET WORKSHOPS

  • Price includes; the florists time, tools, florals and materials. The space will be set up beautifully and cleaned afterwards.

  • The minimum booking for the workshop to go ahead is 6 people.

THE HIRE

WILUNA STUDIO FLOWER WORKSHOP HIRE

CLASS VENUE HIRE $200 (2 hour)

WILUNA Studio is available for hire with WILUNA Workshops for a reduced rate.

  • A two hour minimum workshop booking of $200, with an additional 45 minutes either side of booking hours to set up any brought in food or drinks, and 45 minutes after booking time for attendees to pack up. Additional hours at $180/hour.

  • Clients who book WILUNA flower group workshops  have exclusive access to discounted venue hire.

  • Clients must have booked a group flower workshop with WILUNA to coincide with this booking.

  • No bond required.

  • Clients may bring in and set up their own food, drink and decorations - celebrate the Hens Party in your own way!

  • Available to all WILUNA private group workshop clients, subject to availability.

HIRE THE FULL STUDIO FOR YOUR HENS PARTY

PRIVATE STUDIO

FULL VENUE HIRE $600 (3 hour minimum)

A three hour minimum booking of $600, with each hour there after at $180.

  • This option is available for organisations or groups who have current public liability insurance.

  • The space will be fully vacant, furniture optional.

  • You will be able to book and hire any WILUNA hire props.

  • Please Note: between 12pm and 5am, hire cost will be $200/hour.

  • A refundable bond of $200 is required for Private Studio Full Venue Hire.

  • Availability Monday to Sunday.

Venue Hire Terms & Conditions

Set up and pack up times must be included in booking hours.

A non-refundable 25% booking fee is required before a booking can be secured.

Hours cannot be reduced once committed to and booked.

Maximum indoor standing capacity is 125 and seated capacity is 75.

Extra room is available outside. If your amount of guests exceeds, this please get in touch.

Events with alcohol require hired security at $60/hour. One security guard required per 80 guests minimum.

WILUNA reserves the right to floral exclusivity.

Patrons must fill out and agree to the Wiluna Venue Hire and Terms, Conditions & Rules before a booking can be secured.
