DATE DEFERRALS / HOLDS

The following bookings effected by COVID-19 may request date deferrals or place their bookings on hold in order to keep your deposit booking.

 

Weddings – 6 weeks before wedding date

Wedding bookings must contact WILUNA and have a confirmed response from a team member 6 weeks prior to your wedding date in order to book a new date, or to place your wedding booking on hold.

 

Events and Workshops – 2 weeks before event or workshop date

Event and Workshop bookings must contact WILUNA and have a confirmed response from a team member 2 weeks prior to your event or workshop date in order to book a new date, or to place your booking on hold.

 

NEW DATES

New date bookings must be made, booked, and paid for within 12 months from original booked date.

 

DEPOSITS

Please note as stated in our T+C’s booking deposits are non-refundable.

When we book a client we block out a date, book staff, reject future bookings and income, as well as give our time, expertise and attention in the lead up.

Your deposit will be credited towards your future date.

 

Please understand we are moving through uncharted waters.
