WILUNA Studio is an event and concept space available to hire for celebrations, photoshoots, launch parties, workshops, classes, corporate events, yoga, exhibitions and more.
The blank space has clean white walls, floor to ceiling windows with clear natural light, industrial worn concrete flooring, woven linen curtains and dimmable studio lights are all adaptable to your concept.
Set in an industrial area, there are no residential noise restrictions.

The space is approximately 80 square metres of blank space with clean white walls, industrial worn concrete floors and floor-to-ceiling windows along the street frontage, with white linen curtains.

Ample street parking is available, with front-door vehicle loading access.

2 bathrooms, fully equipped with soaps, hand towels and ethically sourced toilet paper.

Kitchen, sink and refrigerator.
Please note that the kitchen area is a shared space during weekday hire. -
Dimmable mood roof lights.

WILUNA may use the space to collect deliveries during business hours however will be non-invasive where possible.

NOTE: WILUNA Studio is a well insulated, modern industrial space however does not have heating or cooling so please be aware of this upon booking. Heating and cooling can be hired from Barlens or similar.
