CANCELLATIONS

Applicable to weddings and events.


A non-refundable deposit of 25% is taken to secure your booking. We encourage you to purchase event insurance.

WILUNA shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations if the delay or failure results from any of the following: (i) adverse weather and natural disasters, (ii) any cause or circumstance beyond WILUNA’s reasonable control.


In cases of adverse weather or hazardous conditions, WILUNA will, where possible and safe, attempt to move any outdoor flower arrangements or props to areas of cover, however, in these cases WILUNA are unable to provide a refund for goods purchased and will not be held liable for any damages.

In the matter of dangerous conditions or natural disasters close to your event date that are beyond our control, where WILUNA staff are at risk, no refund can be issued. We encourage you to purchase event insurance.

Cancellations made more than 8 weeks prior to your event date can be provided a refund of total invoice paid minus the 25% non-refundable deposit and $600 administration fee.
If full payment has not been made, you will be invoiced the administration fee.

In the event of cancellations made 8 weeks prior to your event date, a 50% refund of your total invoice paid minus the 25% non-refundable deposit and $600 administration fee can be issued. The remaining amount is non-refundable.

For cancellations made between 5 and 7 weeks before your event date, a 25% refund of your total invoice paid minus the 25% non-refundable deposit and $600 administration fee can be issued. The remaining amount is non-refundable.

Any cancellations made 4 weeks prior to your event date are committed to the total spend and no refunds can be issued.
